Snežana Kujundžić was born in 1970 in Subotica (Serbia), where she currently lives. As a child, she discovered her talent for fine art, and for her works she was often awarded at numerous competitions and contests. Various circumstances and years of war affect her wish for a career as an academic artist to remain unfulfilled, but despite this, she does not give up her intention to pursue painting professionally.

She participates in numerous international art colonies, as well as in collective exhibitions. She had her first solo exhibition in 2014 in her hometown.

Her works belong to surrealism. What she shows in the pictures represents fragments from history and life, as well as the current reality, but also possible future events. She uses a lot of symbolism each picture has its own story and message. It starts from the assumption that the world is one big theater, and that human lives are actually a series of performances that take place on the stage and are directed by some higher power. All the scenes come out of her imagination and then she combines them with real events. She usually does not fully reveal the message of her paintings, leaving the viewer to experience the story in their own way.
